Where can I enter my discount code?

You can enter your discount code on Shopping cart page in the segment named “Discount Codes”, which says “Enter your coupon code if you have one”. If you have a Discount Code, type it there and click “APPLY” button to apply it on your order.

Also, in case you missed using your discount code on shopping cart page, then you can enter your discount code on Checkout page in a segment named “Discount Codes”, which says “Enter your coupon code if you have one”. we provide shipping only in the United States currently.

What are your charges for shipping?

Braided Rugs provides free shipping in Continental USA. A non-refundable processing & handling fee of $6.50 will be added to all the orders.

How will I get my receipt copy?

An order confirmation e-mail would be sent to the e-mail ID provided by you during checkout. An additional or replacement copy of order receipt can also be provided via e-mail in case required. Additionally, you can also print a copy of your order receipt by going to “My Account” section and then go to “My Orders” section to check your order summary and print a receipt.

Does braided rugs provide an in-home trial?

Braided rugs offers a 60Day risk free in-home trial wherever possible (see return policy by brand name here braided-rugs.com/return-policy)except for customized rugs, products sold through our Clearance Section and rug pads that have been opened. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason within the first 60 days after you receive it, you may return it – no questions asked. You are responsible for payment of the return shipping charges.
