Executive Assistant to the President

  • Tucker, GA - Administration - Full Time

What This Role Is

If you’re passionate about administrative work and have a strong interest in establishing your career in Sales and Administration, then we want to meet you! You will work side-by-side with our busy and supportive President here in Tucker and will be responsible for handling communications with prospects and customers, showroom assistance, and trade show operations.


This means you will have to travel for overnight trips for up to 4 trade shows per year. We normally operate on a Monday - Friday from 9AM - 5:30PM schedule. However, we will require 6-8 weekends of your time per year for trade shows. These trade shows are important for our business, so it’s imperative that you are there for them.


With your organizational skills and diligent attitude, you will become a collaborative part of our day-to-day operations. We want you to bring your passion and make a positive impact on every interaction, every day.

- Responsible for maintaining and developing communication with prospects and customers.

- Learn and provide product training for customers.

- Maintain, arrange and record all interactions with reps

- Assist team with showroom tasks. Medium-heavy items may need to be lifted.

- Travel to and from Atlanta showroom as needed with reimbursement.

- Ordering, invoicing, and other customer service related duties

- Help President with miscellaneous tasks as assigned

- Available nights, weekends, and for overnight travel for scheduled events.




- Must be based in Greater Atlanta/Tucker area

- Must be able to work independently

- Posses proactive attitude

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Excellent organizational skills with ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously

- Intermediate level proficiency in general search, Chrome, Google Drive, Microsoft Excel, and Word.

  • We are a wholesale distributor of primitive home decor and handbags. This means we distribute Homespice products from our own warehouse in Tucker to retail shops and consumers across the globe. We work closely with skilled artisans and creatives to create beautiful, classic American decor for our customers.
